Single row, mounted, with cart elevator

The SC-50E is a mounted, single-row harvester for harvesting celery or Chinese cabbage. It is the perfect introduction to a mechanised, effective harvesting process. Thus, the machine is mainly used on smaller farms. The machine is characterised by its simple and modular design, so that it can be used in particular in combination with small, simply equipped tractors. The machine is carried in the lower guides of the tractor and an interaxle attachment frame. Two soft clamping belts, fitted to the top-lifting assy, hold the crop in place. At the same time, two hydraulically driven razor discs cut the crop at the stalk. By means of the clamping belts, the crop is fed onto the first main web and from there onto the transverse picking table. On the picking-table the harvested crop can be inspected by the picking staff. The downstream mounted cart elevator transports the crop towards the trailer/truck, driving alongside.
