Single row, trailed, with fine haulm elevator and cart elevator

The T-100H is a trailed, single-row top lifter with fine haulm elevator and cart elevator. It is used for the efficient harvesting of carrots, parsnips and other vegetables. The machine is characterised by its simple, robust design and a long top-lifting assy. A share loosens the soil below the root. The rotating torpedoes raise the haulm/carrot tops so that it can be pulled out by the pick-up belt. Afterwards, a root-cleaner removes adhering soil. The tops of the crop are cut off at their base by a cutting unit and ejected behind the machine. The carrots are conveyed via a cross conveyor onto a fine haulm elevator to remove adhering soil and other impurities. The fine haulm elevator is followed by a transfer web, which is mounted in the direction of travel, forwarding the crop onto the cart elevator.

• Shear bolts for the torpedoes reduce the risk of the belt arm lowering/diving into the ground.
• Shear bolts in the front part of the intake prevent the top-lifting assy from bending in the event that the intake "dives" into the ground or hits a large object in the field.
• A spring prevents the two halves of the top-lifting assy from bending open when a stone is conveyed upwards.
• The first top lifter rollers arranged next to each other allow the clamping force to be adjusted in the foremost area. Compared to offset mounted top lifter rollers, these can achieve a higher clamping force if required in order to reduce losses or increase the harvesting speed.
• The standard quick-release system for the following offset mounted top lifter rollers enables an easy adjustment of the clamping force or simple belt replacement to minimise machine maintenance costs.
• The bearing of the top lifter rollers with rubber spring elements is maintenance-free and therefore reduces maintenance costs and ensures a constant clamping force.
• Cutting unit with special sealing for long service life.
• Precise synchronisation of the cutting unit by a gear transmission for an accurate removal of haulm/carrot tops and a long service life.
• Rubber covered bars reduce crop damages.
