Single row, trailed, with picking web "XL"

The TC-1010XL, is a trailed single-row cabbage harvester, with long (extended) picking web. The machine can be used for the mechanical harvesting of white cabbage, red cabbage and savoy cabbage. The special feature of this machine is a long picking table, which provides space for several people to fill the crates on a trailer driving next to it. The intake aligns the cabbage and fixes it with a mesh-web before two knife discs cut the stalk.Thanks to the razor discs, a particularly straight cut is achieved. The cabbage is deflected onto the picking table by means of two foam scraper rollers. Additional covering bracts are also removed with the help of the scraper rollers. The picking table is aligned parallel to the intake and offers space for several people who transfer the crop from there to the adjacent trailer with crates.
